Xinlida Auto Parts, LLC (“Xinlida”, “we”) makes and sells brake hardware. This policy covers our website, xinlida-ap.com, and what happens to the information you send us through it.

What you send us. When you fill in the quote form, we receive your name, company, email, phone number if you give one, what you need, part numbers, yearly quantity and your message. If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to tell us.

What your browser sends. Our website host keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

3. How we use it

We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

4. Who we share it with

• • Our team in Cangzhou, China, when it helps prepare your quote.
• • Companies that run our website and email: Webflow hosts the site and receives form entries; our email provider delivers messages.
• • Authorities, if the law requires it.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

5. Cookies

Webflow may set cookies the site needs to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works if you do.

6. Where your information is kept

On servers in the United States run by our website and email providers. When we share a request with our team in Cangzhou, it is also kept in China.

7. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and emails as long as we need them to answer you and keep our business records, then delete them.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email Melissa O’Brien at melissa.obrien@xinlida-ap.com. We’ll reply within 30 days.

9. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send payment details or other sensitive information through the form.

10. Children

This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information about them.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
