Brake hardware from coil to carton, in Cangzhou and Juárez.

We build the dies and stamp, heat treat and pack brake hardware in Cangzhou, China, where we’ve made it since 1996. In Juárez, Mexico, 17 identical presses stamp shims for aftermarket and OE programs across the Americas. The dies, the presses and the packing lines are ours, so a new number moves from print to production under one set of controls.

In Cangzhou, we build the dies, run the presses and pack the parts.

Xinlida began in Cangzhou in 1996. Clips, springs and shims arrive here as coil and leave as counted, packed parts, for customers in China and every market outside North America.

Slitting

Steel coil is slit to width on our own line.

Tooling

We design and build our own progressive dies and keep them in our die warehouse.

Stamping

Our presses and 3 multi-stage machines run the dies.

Heat treating

Salt bath quenching and tempering lines heat treat the stainless clips.

Cleaning

Parts go through an ultrasonic cleaning line before packing.

Weighing and packing

Automated lines weigh and pack the parts, with a separate packing line for disc brake shims.

In Juárez, we stamp shims for the Americas.

Juárez is a production plant and our warehouse for the Americas, running since January 2020. It stamps disc brake shims for aftermarket and OE programs, and keeps DIB kits and attaching hardware in stock close to customers in North America, Mexico and Brazil.

17 identical presses

Every press is set up the same way and every die runs on every press, so setups are quicker and there’s less downtime.

Slitting in the plant

We slit shim material from master coils in a range of widths and weights, for better yield and less waste.

Packed on the line

Shims are weighed and boxed at the press, with no second packing step.

Stock for the Americas

DIB kits and attaching hardware ship from Juárez to customers across the Americas.

Print

Part

From your print to finished parts.

Send prints or an OE sample. We identify and draw the part, then build the die in Cangzhou.

You send prints or an OE sample

With the FMSI or OE number, if there is one.

02

We identify and draw it

You get finished parts

Off the new die, with production samples from North America or China.
